📰 I'm a senior news designer and art director, most recently with The Washington Post’s climate team, where I crafted digital storytelling experiences from ideation through publication. I specialized in collaborating with artists and reporters to find unique, compelling ways to bring complex stories to life through design, art direction, and interactive experiences.
At The Post, I worked across digital projects, illustration, art direction, and print design – including A1, Sunday Business, and special products.
🖥 Previously, I was part of GateHouse Media's digital innovation team, building custom graphics and interactive experiences for investigative journalism. I also designed for PATTERN Magazine in Indianapolis.
🎓I graduated from Ball State University (chirp chirp!) with a degree in journalism graphics, where I also served as creative director for The Ball State Daily News and art director for Ball Bearings Magazine.
